1. Who ships your order

FUT PROTECT orders are prepared and shipped by our logistics provider, Scutify, on behalf of GC SHOPPING WORLD LLC.

2. Countries we deliver to

We deliver to France and the countries of the European Union, as well as to Australia, Canada, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Switzerland and the United States.

The available destinations are confirmed at the time of ordering: if your country does not appear, it means we do not deliver there yet.

3. Delivery times

Delivery time: 6 to 12 working days after your order is confirmed, depending on the destination. As soon as your order is dispatched, you receive your tracking number.

In the event of restocking, this period may be extended; we will then let you know by email. In all cases, your order is delivered to you no later than 30 days after your purchase. Beyond that, you may cancel your order and be refunded in full, under the conditions set out in our general terms and conditions of sale.

4. Delivery costs

Delivery costs depend on the destination:

  • France: 8,80 €, free for purchases of 44 € or more.
  • European Union: 22 €.
  • Other destinations: 29 €.

These rates are displayed in euros in France and in the European Union; in the other countries delivered to, they appear converted into the local currency. The exact amount is displayed before your order is confirmed, so you always know it before you pay.

5. Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you receive an email with your tracking number.

6. Damaged, lost or incomplete parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged, note reservations with the carrier if possible, then write to us with a photo and your order number at contact@futprotect.fr. If your parcel does not arrive, or if an item is missing, let us know as well: we will send you the item again or refund you.

Until you receive your parcel, the risks of loss and damage are borne by us.

7. Duties and taxes outside the European Union

For delivery outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by the destination country. They are payable by the recipient.
