Returns and Refunds

1. Your right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to give a reason or pay any penalty.
To exercise this right, inform us of your decision before this period expires, by email to contact@futprotect.fr or via our contact page. You may use the form reproduced at the bottom of this page, but this is not compulsory: a clear message is sufficient.
We acknowledge receipt of your request by email and give you the address to which the item should be returned.
2. Returning the item
You have 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal to return the item to us.
You may try it on to check its size and material, as you would in a shop. However, an item worn beyond this simple trial may lose value: in that case, we may reduce the refund by the amount of this depreciation, explaining the reason to you. We will not refuse the return for that reason.
Return the item complete, with its packaging if you have kept it.
Return costs: in the event of withdrawal, the cost of returning the item is borne by you. If the item is defective, damaged or not as described, see section 5.
3. The refund
We refund all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after we have received the item back or received proof that it has been sent, whichever occurs first.
The refund is made using the payment method used for the order, at no cost to you. Depending on your bank, a few days may pass before the amount appears in your account.
If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard offer, we refund the cost of standard delivery.
4. Choosing the right size
To avoid any mistake, measure the circumference of the calf at its widest point, with the leg relaxed, and refer to the size guide on the product page. If in doubt, write to us at contact@futprotect.fr before ordering: we will help you choose.
We do not offer size exchanges. If the size is not right, you may exercise your right of withdrawal (section 1): you return the item to us at your own expense and we refund you, after which you can order the size that suits you.
5. Damaged, non-conforming or defective item
This case does not fall under withdrawal but under the legal guarantees, which extend well beyond 14 days.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies for 2 years from delivery. The guarantee against hidden defects applies for 2 years from discovery of the defect. In both cases, you have nothing to pay.
Send us a photo of the problem with your order number to contact@futprotect.fr — in most cases, you will not even need to return the item to us. We will replace it or refund you.
